ExoJ v1.9.2

Main changes include:

– the size of the colored-circle is now controllable; (general)
– the save/load functions are now properly doing their jobs; (general)
– the photobleaching correction better accounts for particularly noisy timeseries; (step 1)
– the photobleaching correction could now be safely applied on 8-, 16- and 32-bit images; (step 1)
– the spot tracking is now based on a deterministic one-to-one assignment plus controlled gap closing; (step 2)
– all spots/vesicles in candidate tracks from step 2 do not undergo 2D gaussian fitting procedure except if the size-associated parameters are activated (min/max apparent size, min R2); (step 3)
— the apparent size (FWHM) and Gaussian R^2 values will be seen as N/A if size-associated parameters are not activated;
– a Ring sampling result export button is now available; (step 3)
– a Display results button now reopens existing result table without de novo computation; (step 3)
– the maximum fitting iteration still remains capped at 1000 (similar to v1.9); (step 3)
— when convergence is not reached after 1000 iterations, subsequent associated metrics will be reported as N/A in the final result table; (step 3)
